In-Store Purchases (East Legon Location)
Returns: If you made your purchase at our physical store, you can return the item(s) directly to the store within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is unworn, with tags intact, and in the same condition as when purchased.
Refund or Exchange: We will gladly offer a refund or exchange for your item(s) depending on stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or accessories unless faulty.
Online Purchases (Website Orders)
Returns: For online orders made through our website, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in original condition, with tags still attached.
